Burnley General Hospital has a Paediatric Observation and Assessment Unit supported by additional paediatric hospital at home services. This means that sick children receive the best possible specialist treatment when they need it most.
If you think your child is seriously ill, our advice is simple:
Call 999 and ask for the ambulance service
Or take them to the emergency department at the Royal Blackburn Hospital.
