Council and NHS leaders will talk about how the government spending cuts will affect both Council and health services in the borough, the challenges to be faced and invite the audience to say what's important to them to help shape future plans.
Blackburn with Darwen Council leader Kate Hollern and the chair of NHS Blackburn with Darwen Teaching Care Trust Plus, Sir Bill Taylor will lead the community voices meeting at King George's Hall, Blackburn.
Council and Care Trust plus chief executive Graham Burgess has already issued a stark warning about the financial challenges facing the Council with a £48m spending cut over the next four years.
