A giant kangaroo, who has led Smokefree North West’s campaign to protect children from secondhand smoke, is missing. Steparoo, along with her little joey, have been spreading the message to Take 7 Steps Out since last summer, but have not been seen since yesterday.
Smokefree North West, who are desperate for her safe return, say she was recently spotted in Blackburn with Darwen and has left telltale footprints across the borough.
