The new timetable is out for the free shuttle bus between the Royal Blackburn Hospital, Burnley General and Pendle Community Hospital for staff, patients and visitors.
The service, which runs seven days a week, will be monitored and provided while demand lasts so please make sure patients, visitors and colleagues are aware of it.
There’s a new pick up and drop off point at the bus shelter stand A at the main entrance to Royal Blackburn Hospital, and the bus will also drive into the The shuttle bus will drive into the DW car park in Blackburn each morning, until 9.20am to pick up staff who have parking permits for this site.
For areas one to four at Burnley General Hospital, the pick up is at Casterton Avenue, near the urgent care centre and for areas five to nine it’s in front of the new main entrance (phase five.)
There’s also a stop at the bus stop on Colne Road, near its junction with Windermere Avenue and the prairie playing fields in Burnley. For Pendle Community Hospital, please see the attached timetable.
