GP consortia update
Blackburn with Darwen and Pendle could apply for pathfinder status to be among the first in the country to pilot a GP consortia model. The proposal was endorsed at the first meeting of the LMC's GP consortium steering group meeting for Pennine Lancashire.
Health and well being board
Proposals have been drawn up for a new health and well being board to promote partnership working between the NHS, social care, public health and other services in Blackburn with Darwen.
