New guidance has been produced for GPs and practice staff to help them with the Choose and Book system.
The guidance is designed to help maximise the use of the NHS number, which is mandatory when using the Choose and Book and GP2GP functions.
The guidance outlines how, when and where to use the NHS Number, promoting good practice for wider use.
