The new non-emergency 111 telephone service launched on December 1 and by now you should now have received a pack of marketing materials to display in your practice.
The pack includes:
- A5 leaflets and stands for reception desks/waiting rooms
- Business cards and stands
- A4 posters
- A3 posters
- Confidentiality poster for waiting areas
Please could you ensure these materials are displayed prominently at reception desks and elsewhere in your practice?

We can also provide posters in Urdu, Bengali and Polish and may be able to send electronic versions of materials in other languages. Patients can also be signposted to view 111 information on the NHS Choices website, which has a free translation tool.
Finally, as NHS 111 is now the new signposting service for patients, please could we remind you to remove any Choose Well materials that you may currently have displayed in your organisation.
