Members of the public are being advised to choose the right services to meet their health needs in the latest phase of the Choose Well campaign.
Winter health and safety advice has been published on the Care Trust website at http://www.bwd.nhs.uk/news/choose-well-this-winter/
In addition, new Choose Well materials will shortly be delivered to all GP practices to give out to patients.
These leaflets and information cards explain the different NHS services that are available.
