The tPCT have changed their neighbourhood boundaries to reflect the Borough Council's neighbourhood boundaries in an effort to re-inforce the joint partnership between the organisations.
The map below shows the new boundaries. You can download a detailed map of each individual area by selecting from the list below the map.
