Debbie is Head of Finance at Rathbone, a UK-wide voluntary youth sector organisation providing opportunities for young people to transform their life-circumstances by re-engaging with learning, discovering their ability to succeed and achieving progression to further education, training and employment.
She is a chartered management accountant who began her career as a sales ledger clerk and progressed through to Finance Director of the first company she worked for.
More recently Debbie was Financial Controller for Europe & Africa.
As a trustee of a small Children’s sports charity Debbie found inspiration to change her career path and move to the charity sector.
